In a mobile communication system, a radio device RNC, Node B includes: a generation unit (11) for generating simplified information indicating a content of report information and detailed information having a greater information amount than the simplified information indicating the content of the report information according to report information received from a distribution server; simplified information transmission units (12, 34) for transmitting the simplified information to a mobile station UE by using a control channel for starting broadcast communication; and a detailed information transmission unit (15) for transmitting the detailed information to the mobile station UE by using a traffic channel for broadcast communication. The mobile station UE includes display units (55, 58) for displaying the simplified information transmitted by using the control channel and then the detailed information transmitted by the traffic channel.
