FIELD: railway transport; traffic control. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to organization and control of traffic, namely, to track devices interacting with train and providing indication of presence of train on track section. According to proposed method, simultaneously with operation of track circuit, number of axles of train is counted by first track device when train gets on beginning of track section, and number of train axles is counted when train gets on end of section by second track device. If data received from first and second track devices as to number of counted axles are equal, after clearing of track section, second relay is energized and track circuit operation is checked, and it malfunctioning or failure of track circuit is revealed, third track relay is energized by contacts of second track relay and contacts of third track relay provide required relationships between switch points and station signals. Track circuit is monitored uninterruptedly. Proposed device contains electric interlocking system, dc voltage source and track circuit, data transmitting bus, analyzer, second, third and fourth relays and axle counting system. ^ EFFECT: improved reliability of device to reveal nonoccupancy of track section. ^ 3 cl, 1 dwg |
