FIELD: metal working, low-temperature cooling of cutting tool. ^ SUBSTANCE: drill includes cone with duct and head with cutting edge. In order to improve wear resistance, said duct has round cross section in central part of which diaphragm with central opening is mounted over which nozzle having recess along tangent line to duct with round cross section is arranged. One end of said nozzle is communicated with additional ducts opened to spherical surface of upper part of head with possibility of supplying cold airflow to cutting edge and on cuttings. In other end of duct with round cross section throttling device is mounted with possibility of controlling outlet of outer flow of heated air. Sum of diameters of additional ducts is to be no less than diameter of duct with round cross section. ^ EFFECT: improved design of drill. ^ 3 dwg
