<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system equipped with a small-sized desulfurization tool improving the contact efficiency of liquid fuel with a desulfurization agent. <P>SOLUTION: This desulfurization tool having a desulfurization agent container 310 having a cylindrical housing space 302 for filling the desulfurization agent 301 in its inside, opening a flowing-in port 312A for flowing the liquid fuel into the housing space 302 at the one end in an axial direction, also opening a flowing-out port 313A for flowing out the liquid fuel in the housing space 302 at another end in the axial direction is provided by setting ≥0.34 and ≤3.17 ratio (L/S) of the length dimension L of the housing space 302 in the axial direction to the cross sectional area S at the housing space 302. Then, the flow rate distribution of the liquid fuel flowing in from the flowing-in port 312A at the central part in the housing space 302 and at the outer circumferential part which is a wall surface side of the desulfurization container 310, becomes almost uniform to improve the desulfurization efficiency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
