<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical transmission circuit which is capable of suppressing sneaking of an input electric signal to an external power source, in a wider frequency band. <P>SOLUTION: An optical transmission circuit 10 outputs an optical signal corresponding to the input electric signal. The optical transmission circuit 10 includes: a power terminal 16 connected to the external power source; a semiconductor laser element 11 for outputting the optical signal; a first transistor 41 which is connected in parallel to the semiconductor laser element 11 and receives the input electric signal by a control terminal thereof and shunts a current supplied to the semiconductor laser element 11, in accordance with the input electric signal; and a second transistor 42 which has one current terminal connected to one current terminal of the first transistor 41 and has the other current terminal to the power terminal 16 and has a control terminal connected to a stable potential. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
