<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a solid lubrication film from being stripped off from a bearing member and to extend the life of a solid lubrication bearing by forming an oxidizing film on the surface of a bearing part made of an iron alloy, and also by forming the solid lubrication film on it. <P>SOLUTION: In the solid lubrication bearing, the surface of a roller base material 2 comprising a roller 1 which is a bearing part made of the iron alloy is oxidized by ozone processing or plasma processing, the oxidizing film 3 is formed on the surface of the roller base material 2, and the solid lubrication film 4 is formed on the oxidizing film 3. Since in the solid lubrication bearing, the oxidizing film 3 becomes a barrier to iron which is a constituent element of the roller 2, and iron does not diffuse in the solid lubrication film 4, a stripping phenomenon of the solid lubrication film 4 from the roller 1 does not occur owing to the friction in use, which extends the life of the bearing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
