<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a subscriber terminal capable of grasping charging information based on a measurement result of a real-time service. <P>SOLUTION: The subscriber terminal comprises: a measuring means 204 for measuring the quality of radio communication with a radio base station 100, a radio means 202 for transmitting a measurement result to the radio base station 100 and receiving charging information based on the relevant measurement result, and a control means 203 which performs control to execute the processing of charging information reception and the notification of the relevant received charging information when the measurement result is transmitted to the radio base station 100 by the radio means 202. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
