<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stabilized pharmaceutical composition containing neurotoxin free from an animal-originated protein albumin which is a stabilizer conventionally used in pharmaceutical composition containing neurotoxin, and to provide a device for injecting the pharmaceutical composition. <P>SOLUTION: The invention relates to the pharmaceutical composition containing botulinum toxin, which comprises the neurotoxin (especially Clostridial toxin, Botulinum toxin), a polysaccharide (for example, hydroxyethyl starch) and/or an amino acid (for example, glycine, lysine, histidine, arginine) and not including albumin originated from blood, suitable for administering to treat a human disease.
