<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor capable of reducing inconveniences for interfering with power supply. <P>SOLUTION: The capacitor 101 has capacitor functional sections 107, 108. The capacitor functional sections 107, 108 have internal plane electrode layers 141 for power supplies that are mutually independent electrically. The capacitor functional sections 107, 108 have surface layer electrodes 121, 123 for power supplies.
