<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a method of sharing secret information and a method of mutual authentication between a sensor node and a base station, and to protect data mounted to the sensor node from a physical attack. <P>SOLUTION: Sensor node issue processing is performed to the sensor node 106 having a tamper-resistant device 121. In the sensor node issue processing, information and functions are invalidated for loading to the tamper-resistant device of the sensor node between systems for manufacturing the sensor node and operating it. The validation information is used to validate the invalidated information and functions. The validation information is shared by the information management system at each stage of issuing processing, thus sharing and mutually certifying the secret information between the sensor node and the base station, and protecting data mounted to the sensor node from a physical attack. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
