<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system of a water treatment facility continuously performing maintenance and inspection frequency setting support of facility equipment of a membrane treating facility, for supplying tap water or regenerated water of stable water quality and amount by water treatment using a membrane. <P>SOLUTION: A diagnostic means 220D diagnoses anomaly in an operation state of the membrane treating facility using measured values by a break detecting device S20 and a differential pressure gage S10 between membranes, and management reference values stored in a management reference database 250.
