PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor structure for reducing a cogging torque and a reducing method thereof in a multi-phase claw-pole motor in which a claw magnetic pole is formed using a dust core. SOLUTION: In order to reduce the cogging torque due to an assembly error, an assembly status is changed while measuring the cogging torque due to the error after assembly to adjust it, thereby minimizing the cogging torque due to the error. Especially, a motor structure capable of changing its positional relation after assembly is employed as a motor structure capable of changing a positional relation between phases having the maximum error factor. In the concrete, a surface holding in-shaft performance and slidable around a shaft is provided on a surface where phases are adjacent. After a multi-phase motor is assembled, the phase can be independently rotated around the shaft. One phase or more phases are rotated while measuring the cogging torque of the multi-phase motor, and the positional relation is searched at which the cogging torque is the minimum, and its position is fixed at the position at which the cogging torque is the minimum.
