PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning system enabling fine comfortable air conditioning and application to an existing system at low cost. SOLUTION: This air-conditioning system is provided with an air-conditioning machine 100 generating air current for air conditioning, an air quantity regulating device 200 regulating the air quantity of the air current, and a blow out opening for blowing air current supplied from the air quantity regulating device 200 into a living room Z. A working space TA for a human body M and surrounding space AA thereof are established in the living room, and the air quantity regulating device 200 can blow out the air current of minute air speed from the blow out opening toward the working space TA intermittently, by controlling the opening/closing conditions of the damper of the air quantity regulating device 200 to make detection temperature of the surrounding space AA detected by a temperature humidity sensor 300 consistent with established temperature.
