PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bias device which suppresses the degradation in linearity of an amplifier 2 at a low temperature and suppresses the reduction in gain of the amplifier 2 at a high temperature and is capable of reducing the power consumption of an amplifier circuit 1 in a normal temperature, with a simple configuration and to provide an amplifier circuit and a receiver. SOLUTION: A bias current control circuit 3 includes a bias circuit 31 whose current amount increases in accordance with temperature rise, a bias circuit 32 whose current amount increases in accordance with temperature reduction, and a switch 33 for switching between the bias circuits 31 and 32. The bias circuit 32 is selected by the switch 33 in the case of a temperature lower than the lowest temperature allowing the linearity of the amplifier 2 to be maintained, and the bias circuit 31 is selected by the switch 33 in the case of a temperature higher than the highest temperature allowing the linearity of the amplifier 2 to be maintained, whereby the current of the amplifier 2 is not reduced at a low temperature and more bias current flows to the amplifier 2 at a high temperature.
