PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability for mounting a rotation member to be grounded on an apparatus body. SOLUTION: A digital camera comprises an operation button 1 having a conductive rotation pivot 2, a rubber pad 5 receiving the rotation pivot 2, a conductive frame member 3 positioned outside of the rubber pad 5 and grounded, and an energizing piece 50 positioned in the rubber pad 5 and pushing the rotation pivot 2 to the frame member 3.
