PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring appliance allowing easy execution of work involved in wiring of wires from a ceiling, a wall and the like to a base unit even for a layout change. SOLUTION: The wiring appliance comprises the base unit 1 attached to a construction side and a function unit 2 detachably coupled and electrically connected to the base unit. The base unit 1 comprises a connector 10 having a joint 11 to which a first wire from a control section of electric equipment 5. The connector 10 is rotatably provided on the base unit 1 so that the joint 11 faces an attaching side of the base unit to the construction side and a different direction from a direction of the attaching side.
