MANUFACTURING METHOD OF PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a plasma display panel realizing efficient improvement in ratio of good quality in a manufacturing process by preventing damages of barrier ribs of a back plate, when a front plate and the back plate are pasted together. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method comprises a front plate surface inspection process S12 to inspect the side surface of the front plate opposed to the back plate, a front plate pasting position calculating process S13 to calculate a shifting amount of the front plate to the back plate from a reference position based on the result of the front plate surface inspection process S12, and a pasting process S14 to paste together the back plate and the front plate by shifting from the reference position for a distance corresponding to the shifting amount in the front plate pasting position calculating process S13.
