PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vegetation method by which a sand base material 2 is prevented from becoming too hard because of progress of compaction by its own weight, and rain water is collected and allowed to flow down the slope face 6 efficiently. SOLUTION: Anchors 1 with blades each comprising a plate body 11 and an anchoring rod 12, are used. A plurality of imaginary slope face inclined lines 5 are set substantially parallel on the slope face 6 along the direction of the inclination. The anchors 1 with the blades are set on the slope face 6 in a manner that the plate bodies 11 are set in a direction crossing the slope face inclination lines 5. The sand base material 2 prepared by mixing a sand, a fiber, a cement and water is sprayed to have the thickness in which the anchors 1 with the blades are buried along the same slope face inclination line 5. The sand base material 2 is sprayed between the slope inclination line 5 and the adjacent slope inclination line 5 to be thinner than the thickness of the sand base material 2 along the slope inclination lines 5. A vegetation foundation material 3 prepared by mixing a vegetation base material, seeds, fertilizers, a joining material, etc. is sprayed on the sprayed layer of the sand base material 2 to form a substantially flush face.
