PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide wiper pivot hole structure and a vehicle body panel, by which rainwater and the like is drained and surely received by a waterproofing mechanism on a pivot holder side for preventing a drive source of a wiper device and a coupling part of a link mechanism from getting wet by the rainwater and the like permeating from the pivot hole, for preventing occurrence of a problem such as an electrical trouble and insufficient greasing. SOLUTION: This wiper pivot hole structure, by which a pivot shaft 31 in the wiper device 1 is protruded toward the outside from the inside of a cowl top panel 70 to be installed, is provided with a pivot hole 72 opened in the cowl top panel 70 for passing the pivot shaft 31 through it and a circumference wall part 73 cylindrically formed from the circumference edge of the pivot hole 72 toward the inside of the cowl top panel 70.
