摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation device excellent in open close operability of an air quantity regulating valve, and high in air tightness and water tightness under a closed condition. <P>SOLUTION: The ventilation device is provided with a wind tunnel, the air quantity regulating valve, a primary elastic body, a secondary plastic body, and a closing mechanism. The air quantity regulating valve rotates in such a manner that the same can freely open and close the wind tunnel, and includes an abutment member rotating together with the air quantity regulating valve. The primary elastic body generates rotary resistance against rotation of the air quantity regulating valve in a direction closing the wind tunnel when wind is light at predetermined wind speed or less. The secondary elastic body abuts on the abutment member and generates rotary resistance against rotation of the air quantity regulating valve in a direction closing the wind tunnel further when wind is high at the predetermined wind speed or higher. The closing mechanism includes a valve abutment part and a support rod rotating around a shaft in parallel with a rotary shaft of the wind quantity regulating valve and is connected to the support rod and the valve abutment part in such a manner that the same can freely rotate in predetermined angles.
