ENTERIC BACTERIUM ACTIVATOR

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enteric bacterium activator selectively increasing useful bacteria including Bacillus bifidus and Lactobacillus but increasing no Clostridium perfringens as a kind of harmful bacteria.

SOLUTION: The enteric bacterium activator comprises 70 mass% or more of cellobiose, 0.1-30 mass% of one or more kinds selected from cellotriose, cellotetraose, cellopentaose and cellohexaose and 2 mass% or less of glucose. This activator is assimilable by Bacillus bifidus and Lactobacillus but not assimilable by Clostridium perfringens.
