<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory card adapter with improved user-friendliness. <P>SOLUTION: The memory card adapter capable of mounting the memory card is equipped with a memory part capable of storing a data file, a connection part for connecting with an external apparatus, and a control part for controlling so that the data outputted from the external apparatus is stored in the memory part or the memory card, when connected with the external apparatus via the connection part when the memory card is mounted.
