<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display method and a display device, which can maintain display layout intended by a producer even if a partial history has been deleted, in an electronic device allowing reservation of an operation history, can protect privacy by deletion of a history, and can make the deletion unknown to others, so that the privacy can be tightly protected than before. <P>SOLUTION: Into a free memory space produced upon deletion of the history, data is shifted from outside a viewing range for a user, so that the layout on viewing of the history is maintained, and even when a plurality of persons share the device, the privacy is protected without causing others to hold doubts about it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
