<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic device capable of intuitively selecting an attachment mounted at present by visual sense and a display method. <P>SOLUTION: In a main body part 300, the kind of the attachment 200 which can be mounted on an ultrasonic probe 100 mounted at present is displayed on a display part 400 by an identifier such as an icon, an illustration or a picture by which the kind can be intuitively identified by visual sense.
