PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice data reproducing apparatus for reproducing a voice data, in which, when voice data to be reproduced is recorded including operation noise generated at starting and finishing operations, the operation noise is not included in voice obtained by reproducing the voice data, while a configuration of the apparatus is made simple to suppress the cost, and reproduction is not affected by directivity of voice to be recorded. SOLUTION: The operation noise is recorded at a head section and a tail section of the recorded voice data in a recording medium 13. When the voice data is read from a buffer memory 7 by a DSP 5 during a reproducing period, only a part except voice data corresponding to a period of 300 msec following from the head section of the voice data, and voice data corresponding to a period of 300 msec preceding to the tail section of the voice data, is reproduced. As a result, only the part except the voice data corresponding to the period of 300 msec following from the head section of the voice data, and voice data corresponding to the period of 300 msec preceding to the tail section of the voice data, is output from a speaker 10.
