PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a generator and a power supply system that can generate electric power by themselves. SOLUTION: A permanent magnet 100 is fixed to the corners on the diagonal lines of a container box 130 with four wires 110a, 110b, 110c, 110d having spring property. The permanent magnet 100 is small and made of samarium and cobalt having strong line of magnetic force. A Sprung material processed in a coil spring shape is used as the suspenders 110a, 110b, 110c, 110d of a spring material that suspend the permanent magnet 100. A metal material that is hardly magnetized, specifically a non-magnetized soft iron material, is used as a material of the container box 130. The length and spring constant of the suspenders 110a, 110b, 110c, 110d of a spring material are adjusted so that the permanent magnet 100 does not contact the side walls of the container box 130 when possible.
