PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent flicker of a screen due to overtaking of write access without increasing a memory size to a large size. SOLUTION: The degradation in readout performance due to a page error in performing readout access from a frame buffer is eliminated so as to realize optimization of the readout performance with respect to a refresh rate, and thereby the prevention of the distribution in the display image due to write overtaking is enabled by using a simple circuit not provided with intricate control circuits. Even if the readout and write access to the display frame buffer arises frequently in a nearby address, the flicker of the screen by the overtaking of the write access is prevented.
