PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber sensor for measuring hydraulic pressure with high accuracy. SOLUTION: An optical fiber 10 having a constriction 10a is prepared. The optical fiber 10 is fixed to an optical fiber-holding board 28 that is movable inside an outer cylinder 12, and to an optical fiber holding plate 22 fixed in the outer cylinder 12 so that the constriction 10a is between the boards. A bellows 14 expands and contracts, according to the outside pressure. The expansion and contraction of the bellows 14 moves the holding board 28 by means of a drive shaft 30 and changes transmission loss in the constriction 10a. The bellows 14 is dented, with respect to the outer cylinder 12, and in a state of being attached to the outer cylinder 12 so as to receive the outside pressure, with the inside surface of the bellows 14.
