PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersion material containing a flame-resistant polymer having a forming property, especially a high forming property into a thread form. SOLUTION: This dispersion material containing the flame-resistant polymer is dispersed with a salt and the flame-resistant polymer in a dispersant, wherein the flame-resistant polymer is obtained by heat-treating an acrylonitrile-based polymer, the dispersant is a polar solvent and the cationic species of the salt is ammonium ion.
