PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin resin open-cell foam sheet which is excellent in sound absorbency and recyclability and can be produced at a low cost. SOLUTION: The polyolefin resin open-cell foam sheet is obtained by crosslinking and foaming a foamable polyolefin resin sheet comprising a polyolefin resin composition containing a polyolefin resin and an organic peroxide and a thermally decomposable foaming agent. When a crosslinked polyolefin resin composition obtained by crosslinking the polyolefin resin composition is measured for uniaxial elongational viscosities under the conditions of a temperature of 180°C and a rate of strain of 0.08 sec<SP>-1</SP>, the uniaxial elongational viscosityη<SB>1</SB>after 5 seconds from the start of the measurement is 1×10<SP>6</SP>poise or more; the fracture peak viscosityη<SB>2</SB>is 1×10<SP>8</SP>poise or less; and the ratio of the fracture peak viscosityη<SB>2</SB>to the uniaxial elongational viscosityη<SB>1</SB>(η<SB>2</SB>/η<SB>1</SB>) is 3-100.
