PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winning device which suppresses the fraudulent opening, and at the same time, suppresses the fall of efficiency in a winning ball checking work or the like as much as possible. SOLUTION: This winning device 20 is equipped with an opening/closing door 27 which allows or regulates a winning, a solenoid, and a rocking member 24. In this case, the rocking member 24 is driven by the solenoid to change the posture between a first posture and a second posture. The first posture regulates the opening of the opening/closing door 27 in such a manner that an extended piece 42 comes into contact with an opening regulating piece 28 which is provided on the opening/closing door 27. The second posture opens the opening/closing door 27 by pushing up an opening engaging piece 26 which is provided on the opening/closing door 27. The extended piece 42 of the rocking member 24 is brought into contact with the opening regulating piece 28 of the opening/closing door 27 under a reference line L which connects the rocking center O1of the rocking member 24 and the turning center O2of the opening/closing door 27 under the first posture. The shape of the extended piece 42 of the rocking member 24 is set in such a manner that when the opening/closing door 27 is forcibly opened under the first posture, a forcible opening force F which is applied to the rocking member 24 through the opening/closing door 27 may be divided into a resistant force F1and a rotating force F2.
