<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid treatment device with extremely high cleaning capability. <P>SOLUTION: In the liquid treatment device 30, a discharging electrode 31 and an ejector 32 are disposed to face each other. The electric potential difference is applied between the discharging electrode 31 and the ejector 32 by a power supply 33. As a result, streamer electric discharge is generated from the discharging electrode 31 toward liquid drops 32a ejected from the ejector 32.
