PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction cooking vessel usable as a packaging vessel when a heated object such as frozen or refrigerated food is put on the market and easily utilized as a steamer directly by an electromagnetic cooker on the market by a consumer purchasing the cooking vessel. SOLUTION: An induction heated body 3 generating heat by inducing eddy current by high frequency magnetic field is provided at the bottom part of a vessel body 2 together with water 7 sealed by a film material 8 partially adhering to the induction heated body 3.
