<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion apparatus comprising organic photoelectric conversion devices wherein the secular deterioration of an S/N ratio can be reduced. <P>SOLUTION: In the photoelectric conversion apparatus 40, a plurality of the organic photoelectric conversion devices 9 each having a transparent electrode layer 3, an organic photoelectric conversion part 5a, and a back electrode layer 7a are arranged on a transparent substrate 1, a plurality of readout wires 15 are connected to the plurality of organic photoelectric conversion devices, and a signal readout means 20 is connected to the plurality of readout wires 15 via a connection part. Upon the formation of the photoelectric conversion apparatus 40, a sealing means 35 is arranged on the transparent substrate 1 for sealing each of the plurality of the organic photoelectric conversion devices, the connection part, and the signal readout means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
