<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IEEE1394 interface mounted stream receiver capable of continuously receiving stream packets constituting stream data including a plurality of stream formats. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of pairs of reception acceptance/rejection setting registers and reception acceptance/rejection setting mask registers are prepared, a plurality of types of stream formats for permitting or rejecting reception are set in a rewritable way by redundant expression to thereby accelerate reception determination processing in each stream packet, and in addition, decoding processing is performed without interrupting stream reception even when a stream format changes within a range included in a reception allowable object. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
