PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a result message sending device which enables a user to easily receive a result message and is capable of preventing unauthorized spoofing. SOLUTION: A result message sending device 100 accepts access from a digital receiver 101 being a user terminal, in an entry period and performs the registration of the access and sends a message of a result of processing for registration after the end of the entry period. In the result message sending device 100, a web authentication processing part 105 accepts a CAS card ID for digital broadcast from the digital receiver 101 through communication and authenticates a viewer on the basis of the CAS card ID. When a message generation processing part 106 generates the message of the result of processing, the generated message is provided at the digital receiver 101 by EMM message transmission on a broadcasting wave.
