<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flowchart creation device capable of creating a flowchart based on the reality. <P>SOLUTION: A type of structure of a building and a type of construction of a building are inputted through a keyboard 14 or the like. By a CPU 22, reference quantity information of reference materials and building information of each floor of the building corresponding to the inputted type of structure and type of construction are read from a hard disk 28 in which the building information which is the information of each floor of the building and includes the information indicating reference materials used in a takt process predetermined for each combination of the predetermined type of structure and type of construction, and the usage of the reference materials, and the reference quantity information which is the information of each combination of the type of structure and type of construction, and indicates the reference quantity which is the quantity of construction per unit time for each reference material are stored. The usage of the corresponding reference material indicated by the building information is divided by the reference quantity indicated by the reference quantity information to calculate the number of sections for each floor of the building.
