PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power line carrier communication network system which properly charges a user of a user communicator which communicates through power line. SOLUTION: In the power line carrier communication network system which communicates through a power line 1, the network system comprises memories 203, 203b for storing a communication state in user communicators 2-2n, 2b-2bn for communication, and user charge calculators 307, 307b which charge the user of the user communicators 2-2n, 2b-2bn in response to the communication state stored in the memories 203, 203b.
