PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely record an image of a condition intended by a user in a moving image. SOLUTION: The recording of a moving image that satisfies a condition intended by the user is achieved by an image inputting means (104) for inputting a moving image, a designating means (106) for designating an area on a display screen of a display means (105) for displaying the moving image input by the inputting means, a detecting means (S208) for detecting a change in the input moving image displayed on the display screen, and a control means (S207) for controlling at least an end during the start and the end of the recording of the moving image on the basis of an output of the detecting means.
