PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic module which improves work efficiency of adjustment and/or inspection and can be made compact even in the case of adjusting and/or inspecting an electronic component other than a piezoelectric device. SOLUTION: In the electronic module on which piezoelectric devices 22 and 24 and the other electronic components 23, 26 and 27 are mounted on a circuit board 31, the electronic component 23 has adjustment terminals 23a and 23b for adjusting and/or inspecting electrical characteristics of the electronic component, and in the piezoelectric devices 22 and 23, the principal planes of cover bodies 22b and 24b for sealing packages 22a and 24a housing a piezoelectric vibrating piece are arranged upward, and the cover bodies 22b and 24b are conducted to the adjustment terminals 23a and 23b.
