PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent breakage of information of other OS and applications running on the OS and etc. while actualizing a short-time boot of the OS when the OS is in exchange and run. SOLUTION: This information processor includes: a recording means including a first recording part recognized during an operation of a first operating system, a second recording part recognized during an operation of a second operating system and a third recording part recognized even when any of the first system and the second system is under operation; a network connection means for transmitting/receiving data through a network during the operation of the first system; a download means for downloading data used during the operation of the second system by the network connection means during the operation of the first system and recording the data in the third recording part and an execution means for executing processing by using the data written in the third recording part during the operation of the second system.
