PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a vibration restraining effect and reliability by improving weight balance in a circumferential direction after simplifying attachment/detachment of a rotating shaft 1 even when large diameter parts 3, 4 are provided at both axial ends of the rotating shaft 1 or when both ends of the rotating shaft 1 are supported by support members in a dynamic damper 2 mounted to the outside of the rotating shaft 1 to restrain the vibration of the rotating shaft 1. SOLUTION: The dynamic damper 2 comprises a strip body 5 spirally wound around the rotating shaft 1, and fastening members 7 mounted to fasten predetermined outer peripheral regions of the strip body 5 in the wound state.
