PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction machine which can improve work efficiency while properly preventing a working machine from interfering with a cab. SOLUTION: In the construction machine 1 provided with the cab 4 and the working machine 5 which are arranged on a turning body, the working machine 5 comprises a first boom 51 swingable on the turning body in a vertical direction, a second boom 52 offsetted from an axis line of the first boom 51 to the side of the cab 4, pivoted to the first boom 51 and swingable in right and left directions, a bracket 53 swingable horizontally at the second boom 52, an arm 54 swingable in a vertical direction at the bracket 53, and a bucket 55 pivoted to the arm 54. When the second boom 52 is swung closest to the side of the cab 4, the bucket 55 follows a locus below the height position of an operator's seat 41 without interfering with the turning body and the cab 4. A decelerating control regulating means for regulating interference preventing operation for prevention of interference of the bucket 55 and the cab 4 is provided. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
