PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-HIV agent based on an action mechanism different from conventional ones. SOLUTION: The anti-HIV agent comprises as an active component a ligand to CD87, which may be an anti-CD87 antibody or a fragment of the antibody, having a specific bondability to the CD87. The ligand may be an anti-CD87 antibody (monoclonal or polyclonal). Also, the ligand may be a fragment or an analogue of the anti-CD87 antibody, having a specific bondability to the CD87.
