PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface treating method of an autoclaved lightweight cellular concrete (ALC) panel in which mortar composition slurry or cement-based filler is applied on the surface of the autoclaved lightweight cellular concerete, the grinding of the whole surface of the panel after drying is dispensed with and a formed film is smooth and has excellent waterproof property and durability in spite of being thin and is finished to have mirror like smoothness only by a simple coating. SOLUTION: The surface treating method is carried out by applying the resin-based filler having 1.0×10<SP>3</SP>-9.0×10<SP>3</SP>N/mm<SP>2</SP>Young's modulus on the surface of the autoclaved lightweight cellular concrete (ALC) panel.
