PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly take out a discharged document from a document discharging tray, and to easily carry out jam processing when jam occurs between a document reversing tray and a document feeding mechanism. SOLUTION: A document feeding tray 12, the document reversing tray 11, and the document discharging tray extend in a predetermined direction from a document feeding mechanism housing 13 side. The document reversing tray is positioned under the document feeding tray, and the document discharging tray is positioned under the document reversing tray.
