PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an information recording medium processing device smaller and thinner while securing the sufficient capacity of storing information recording media in a type for processing the information recording media such as IC tokens. SOLUTION: The information recording medium processing device 71 is provided with an information processing part 92 which carries out the reading of information from the information recording medium C or others, an introduction path 93 for guiding the information recording medium C to the information processing part 92 from the slot 91, a guide out path 95 for guiding out the information recording medium C to the put-out port 94 from the information processing part 92, a storage part 101 capable of storing the plurality of information recording media C and a mover 203 movable along the storage part 101 to enable the movement of the information recording medium C to the storage part 101 with the movement of the mover 203. Projection parts 231 and photodetecting parts 233 are provided on the mainframe 81 respectively for information recording medium detectors 221, 223 and 224 for detecting the information recording medium C and reflection parts 232 are provided respectively on a lid body 82.
