PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper allowing easy taking out of male genitalia when urinating. SOLUTION: The disposable diaper comprises a chassis at least having a front body and a back body, a liquid-permeable front surface sheet arranged on at least part of the chassis, a liquid-impermeable back surface sheet arranged on one side in the thickness direction of the front surface sheet, and a liquid-retentive absorbent body arranged between the front surface sheet and the back surface sheet. An openable section capable of separating a predetermined part of the front body or an opening capable of opening the predetermined part of the front body is formed in the front body along a separation line connecting between separate points on both sides of a substantially center line that extends in the longitudinal direction of the disposable diaper and divides the width direction into two.
