<p>There is provided a method and system to enforce delay of access to encrypted digital content. The system includes a receiving module to receive a request for digital content and register a request time responsive to the receiving the request for digital content. The request for digital content includes a digital content identifier that identifies encrypted digital content. Next, a content distribution module communicates digital content information based on the request for digital content. The digital content information includes the encrypted digital content. Finally a license distribution module communicates a license that delays access to the encrypted digital content based on the request time.</p> |
