A piston (8) is aligned to an internal space that is divided into two working chambers (4, 5), in an axially adjustable manner. The piston has a piston rod (11) connected with a fixed component or a rotatable flap (33), where an extension force acting on the piston via the fluid mediums is equal or smaller than weight force acting against the rotatable flap.
